Legends on Lake Erie: A Northeast Ohio Adventures D&D One-Shot with DM Bryn

System: We will have pre-generated 3rd level characters, or you can use the D&D 2024 5.5e rules with fixed HP with standard attribute array to create your own 3rd level character. Players can start with one uncommon and one common magic item. 

Adventure Summary:

Along the shores of Lake Erie, many ships and sailors have fallen beneath the waves, never to resurface. The cause of these losses has varied: weather, poor navigation, and in some cases, entirely unexplained. There have been many legends, hauntings, and spottings surrounding the depths of this Great Lake, many only speculated upon.

You have been chosen from a pool of candidates for a job posting. A rather wealthy and well-known local historian needs skilled individuals to investigate a shipwreck that he believes he has located in Lake Erie: That of the SS Marquette & Bessemer No. 2. The ship last sailed in December of 1909, during which the entire crew and single passenger aboard perished when the ship sank under unconfirmed circumstances. The resting place of the wreck itself has never been officially confirmed, which has made it a mysterious and highly sought-after site… Until now. 

With your wits, skills, and companions, you will explore the ruins of underwater relics and discover what all lurks beneath the waves of Lake Erie. 

Legends on Lake Erie is the first of DM Bryn’s new original series of D&D one-shots titled Northeast Ohio Adventures. The series will be focusing on Ohio lore, legends, and history.

There is a 3-player minimum to all D&D one-shot events. If there are less than 3 players signed up by the night before the event, tickets will be transferred to the next one-shot of your choice.
