A D&D 5.5e (2024) One-Shot Adventure for 3rd-Level Characters

The renowned painter Master Ellian Voss has missed the unveiling of his newest masterpiece, a painting commissioned by the wealthy collector Lady Mirabel Thorn. This is unprecedented. Voss has never failed to complete a commission, and repeated knocks at his secluded manor have gone unanswered.

Rumors whisper that Voss’s artwork possessed an uncanny realism, with landscapes that seemed to sway in unseen breezes and portraits whose eyes followed viewers across the room. Most dismissed these tales as the exaggerations of impressed patrons.

Lady Thorn fears the elderly artist has fallen ill or suffered some accident. She offers a generous reward to anyone willing to investigate the manor, locate Master Voss, and recover the missing painting if possible.
